By accessing stratastudio.dev or using a Strata customer or owner workspace, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it. The service is intended for adults and business use.

These Terms govern the website and portal software. A proposal, service agreement, order, statement of work, or other written agreement governs any paid design, development, hosting, support, billing, ownership, service-level, renewal, or cancellation commitment. The applicable written agreement identifies the contracting parties and controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Strata provisions accounts for approved users. There is no public self-service signup. You must use the Google account Strata associated with your workspace, protect that account, and notify Strata promptly if you believe access has been compromised.

Access is limited to the organizations, roles, and records assigned to you. You may not use another person’s account, bypass access controls, probe another customer’s data, or interfere with authentication, authorization, monitoring, or audit records.

You may not use the website or portal to:

• violate law or another person’s rights;
• upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
• disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service;
• misrepresent identity, authority, or business information;
• send spam, abusive material, or fraudulent requests; or
• use customer, account, or provider data outside its intended purpose.

You retain rights in information and materials you provide. You grant Strata the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce, and transmit them to operate the website, portal, and applicable services. You are responsible for having the rights and authority needed to provide that material.

Strata handles personal information as described in the Privacy policy.

The website, portal, software, visual design, trademarks, and related Strata materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Strata software or reusable systems. Any customer-specific ownership or license is governed by the applicable signed agreement.

Strata uses third-party services for authentication, hosting, email, billing, scheduling, storage, and monitoring. Google, Stripe, and other external destinations may apply their own terms and privacy policies. Strata is not responsible for an external service outside the commitments stated in an applicable signed agreement.

Strata may maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue website or portal features. Strata will use reasonable care but does not promise that the public website or portal will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Customer-specific uptime, support, transition, or service obligations exist only when stated in the applicable signed agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, the public website and any free access are provided as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Strata is not liable under these Terms for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable signed agreement. For claims arising only from free public-site access, Strata’s aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Strata may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, another customer, provider systems, or legal obligations, or when use violates these Terms. Customer-service termination and data transition are governed by the applicable signed agreement.

North Carolina law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action relating only to these Terms must be filed in a state or federal court located in Wake County, North Carolina, unless an applicable signed agreement provides otherwise.

Strata may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where law or a signed agreement requires another form of notice or consent.
